  1. Mix all the ingredients well.
  2. Shape round or oval with the help of a spoon. Do this until all the dough is used up.
  3. Fry the tofu in lots of hot oil, use medium heat. Fry until cooked, drain.
  4. Serve while warm.
  5. 1. Use good quality tofu, so that the cakes don't fall apart easily. 2. Mash the tofu using the IKEA KONCIS Potato Masher (See Lazada DISKON) so that it is not too soft and crumbly. With this potato masher, even though it is mashed, the texture of the tofu grinding will remain and make the cakes denser. 3. When frying tofu, it's best not to turn it over and over again, so that the patties don't get oily.
