  3. Grind all the ground spices, then mix them into the coating ingredients, stir well.
  4. Place the tempeh in the coating ingredients one by one, then fry immediately in hot oil until the entire surface is submerged. When dipping, use your hands, don't use a spoon to avoid lumps of flour.
  5. Fry over medium heat until golden brown, remove and set aside.
  6. Oven the fried tempeh chips at a low temperature of 100°C for 20 minutes, so that the tempeh chips remain crispy.
