Instructions

  1. Steam tempeh until cooked, mash with a fork, set aside.
  2. Mix tempeh with all the remaining ingredients, form small balls. Add one bird's eye chili to each round of the cake.
  3. Dip the cake balls into the wet dressing mixture, then roll in the dry ingredients. Fry until brown and drain.
  4. Ready to be served.
  5. Tempeh must be steamed, not boiled. When boiled, tempeh becomes wet and when crushed the mixture doesn't stick together.
