Resep Tahu Bulat
These round tofu originated in Tasikmalaya and are seasoned for a richer, more flavorful taste. Starting as a small home-based business, they’ve become increasingly popular through word-of-mouth.

Instructions
- Clean the tofu and then crush it. Squeeze the tofu using a clean cloth or napkin until the water comes out.
- Mix tofu with egg yolk, baking powder, stock powder, and ground pepper. Stir until completely mixed and the tofu is smooth. Adjust the taste.
- Roll the tofu mixture with your hands until it is smooth and slippery. To ensure uniform size, weigh 30 grams of each circle.
- Store the tofu balls in an airtight container and put them in the refrigerator (not the freezer), for at least 3-4 hours.
- Take out the tofu and let the temperature rise to room temperature first.
- Heat plenty of cooking oil over medium heat. Fry the tofu, turning it over, until it turns brown.
- Lift and drain.
- Serve.
- 1. Choose white tofu that is really fresh, characterized by being soft and not hard. 2. Puree the white tofu using the IKEA KONCIS Potato Masher (See Lazada DISKON) so that the characteristic lumpy texture of white tofu doesn't disappear. 3. Make sure that when you squeeze the tofu with a cloth or napkin, as much water comes out as possible.
