Resep Bolu Gulung Pandan Keju
Roll cake has a batter similar to regular sponge cake – flour, butter, sugar, and eggs – and can be baked or steamed. To achieve a perfect roll, the batter needs to be pressed thinner than typical sponge cake.

- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare a baking pan (22x30cm) then grease it with margarine and line it with baking paper.
- Filling Dough: In a bowl, mix whipping cream, sugar, and cream cheese. Mixer until mixed.
- Dough A: Beat the egg yolks and powdered sugar until evenly mixed. Add milk and oil, then stir well. Add the flour, cornstarch and pandan flavoring, then stir well.
- Dough B: Beat egg whites, cream of tartar, and powdered sugar until soft peaks.
- Put mixture B into the container containing mixture A. Stir again using a spatula until smooth.
- Pour and spread the sponge mixture evenly into the pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes until cooked. Remove from oven and let cool.
- Spread the cream filling over the sponge cake. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Roll the sponge cake slowly while compacting it.
- Store the rolled sponge cake in the refrigerator before enjoying for approximately 1-2 hours. Remove and cut the cake.
- Ready to be served.
- 1. Use eggs that are at room temperature, not eggs that have just come out of the refrigerator. 2. Don't overmix when mixing dough A and B. 3. Rolled sponge cake that is cold will be easier to cut and won't fall apart.
