Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar, instant yeast and salt until smooth. Set aside.
  2. In a different container, beat the eggs, but don't beat them for too long.
  3. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture. Mix well.
  4. Pour in the warm water little by little while kneading with your hands until the dough is evenly mixed and smooth.
  5. Leave the dough in a closed container to rise for 30 minutes.
  6. Take a little dough then roll it into a ball. Sprinkle sesame seeds on one side. Repeat this step until the dough is finished.
  7. Heat oil over medium heat. Fry the cake until cooked and turns brownish yellow. Lift and drain.
  8. Ready to be served.
  9. The softness of this cake can be adjusted to taste, by increasing or decreasing the amount of warm water used.
