  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets, or form dough into a 1-inch thick circle and cut sections like pie pieces.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool completely.
  5. Whisk icing ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth. Drizzle icing over cooled scones.
