- In a container, stir the egg yolk and water mixture well.
- Add flour, sugar, powdered milk and yeast. Knead the dough until it is smooth.
- Add butter and salt. Continue kneading until it is smooth and elastic.
- Divide the finished dough into 50 grams each. Round it up.
- Take 1 dough circle. Flatten then add filling according to taste. Place and arrange in a baking dish that has been lightly greased with butter beforehand.
- Let the bread rest or proof for 30 minutes.
- Spread the surface of the bread with the spread.
- Bake the bread in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes until cooked. Take it out.
- Ready to be served.
- 1. Don't forget to use yeast that is still active. 2. Don't replace butter with margarine, because the final result will be a different bread texture. The results of bread or cake with butter will still be softer than those using margarine. 3. Use bread filling and toppings according to taste.
