  2. Add flour, sugar, powdered milk and yeast. Knead the dough until it is smooth.
  3. Add butter and salt. Continue kneading until it is smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the finished dough into 50 grams each. Round it up.
  5. Take 1 dough circle. Flatten then add filling according to taste. Place and arrange in a baking dish that has been lightly greased with butter beforehand.
  6. Let the bread rest or proof for 30 minutes.
  7. Spread the surface of the bread with the spread.
  8. Bake the bread in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes until cooked. Take it out.
  9. Ready to be served.
  10. 1. Don't forget to use yeast that is still active. 2. Don't replace butter with margarine, because the final result will be a different bread texture. The results of bread or cake with butter will still be softer than those using margarine. 3. Use bread filling and toppings according to taste.
