Resep Kue Lapis Hunkwe
This recipe is for a homemade layer cake, specifically a hunkwe layer cake, which differs from traditional cakes like Surabaya or legit cakes because it uses tapioca flour as its base.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix coconut milk with sugar, salt and vanilla. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add hunkwe flour and flour. Stir well until there are no lumps.
- Divide the dough into 3 parts. One part add pandan paste and stir until smooth. One part add chocolate paste and stir until smooth. Leave the remaining one part white.
- Heat a steamer pan/comp on the stove.
- Prepare a baking sheet and grease with oil. Take 1 tablespoon of the brown mixture and pour it into the baking pan. Place the baking sheet in the steamer pan and steam covered for 5 minutes.
- Take 1 tablespoon of the white mixture and pour it into the tin, on top of the green layer. Cover the pan and continue steaming for 5 minutes.
- Take 1 tablespoon of the green mixture and pour it into the baking dish, on top of the chocolate layer. Cover the pan and continue steaming for 5 minutes.
- Do steps 5-6-7 repeatedly and alternately until all the dough is used up. Last time, steam the cake for 15 minutes until cooked.
- Remove the pan and leave it to cool, then remove the cake from the pan. Slice the cake to the thickness you like.
- Ready to be served.

The heat is even, so the level of doneness of each layer will be perfect. 2. Let the cake temperature drop first before removing it from the pan. This is done so that the cake sets, hardens, and doesn't crumble when removed and sliced.
