Resep Kue Dange
This delightful South Sulawesi treat, kue dange, is made with black glutinous rice flour and shredded coconut—perfect with a warm cup of tea. It's easy to make, especially if you have a muffin tin!

Instructions
- Steam the grated coconut for 20 minutes, remove and set aside.
- Mix black sticky rice flour, grated coconut, brown sugar, granulated sugar and salt. Pour in water little by little while stirring until smooth, the mixture is wet but still crumbly.
- Heat a dange cake mold or you can also use a pukis mold, spread with a thin layer of margarine. Pour the mixture into the mold while compacting.
- Bake the dough until cooked. Once cooked, remove from the mold.
- Dange cake is ready to be served.
