  2. Blend on low until the blender gains traction, then ramp up to the highest speed as soon as possible. Blend until the mixture is creamy and super smooth (or if your blender has a smoothie function, use that).
  3. Taste, and add another tablespoon of nut butter for a creamier texture, or maple syrup for more sweetness, then blend again. Enjoy while it’s cold.
