Resep Batagor Kuah
This batagor is unique because it’s fried like usual, but served with a broth instead of peanut sauce.

- 1. Take the tofu then cut each into a triangle shape. Scoop out the triangular tofu meat in the middle/bottom. Set aside. 2. In a container, mix fish meat, shrimp, sago flour, spring onions, pepper, sugar and salt. Stir well. 3. Pour in the water little by little while continuing to stir until the mixture thickens. 4. Prepare tofu triangles and dumpling skin. Fill the tofu with 1 tablespoon of meat mixture then spread evenly. Put 1 tablespoon of the meat mixture in the middle of the dumpling skin then glue it in the middle until it is shaped like a flower. Do this until all the dough is used up. 5. Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan. Fry the tofu and dumplings until golden brown and cooked through. Lift and drain.
- 1. In a pan, mix all the ingredients then boil until it really boils. Remove then strain the sauce. 2. Ready to use.
- 1. In a bowl, put batagor. 2. Add sprinkles. 3. Flush with sauce. 4. Ready to serve.
- Chicken meat can also be added to the batagor mixture.
