Resep Apple Pie

Instructions

1. 1. Heat the butter until it melts. 2. Add apples, palm sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice and salt. Stir well and cook until the apples are cooked. 3. Pour in the cornstarch solution. Stir and cook until thickened. Lift. 4. Cool.
2. 1. In a bowl, stir together the flour, salt and sugar. 2. Add butter. Mix the butter with the dry ingredients using a fork or pie cutter until it forms granules. 3. Add water little by little while stirring with your hands. But don't knead it. 4. Once it forms a lump, wrap it in plastic wrap. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 5. Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Roll out with a rolling pin or rolling pin until it is approximately 1 cm thick. 6. Place the pie shell in the mold then trim around it.
3. 1. Pour the filling into the mold. Flatten. 2. Cover the top with the remaining skin. 3. Brush the top with egg yolk. 4. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until cooked (adjust to each oven). Lift. 5. Ready to serve.
4. 1. You can use other types of apples. But green apples are more recommended because they taste fresher. 2. Don't knead the pie crust dough so it doesn't turn out tough.
