  1. Mix and stir all ingredients I. Cook until boiling. Reduce the heat and let it continue to simmer on the stove.
  2. Mix egg whites (ingredient II) until foamy. Add granulated sugar gradually (three stages). Beat until the mixture reaches soft peaks, not too stiff.
  3. Pour the boiling gelatin mixture into the egg whites, beat well with a low speed mixer.
  4. Divide into two parts. One part is left white. Meanwhile, the other part is mixed with ingredient III. Beat until smooth.
  5. Prepare a pudding mold, pour at one point (in the middle of the mold) a spoonful of chocolate mixture. Pile on top a spoonful of the white mixture. Do these steps alternately until the dough runs out.
  6. Let the pudding harden then store in the refrigerator.
  7. Serve cold.
  8. 1. Make sure you use eggs (take the egg whites) that are really fresh or new, so that the pudding doesn't smell fishy. 2. Don't beat the egg whites too stiffly because it will make the pudding taste rough and unpleasant. 3. Pour the hot and boiling pudding into the beaten egg whites so that the egg whites are cooked.
