Resep Bolu Zebra

Instructions

1. Prepare a baking sheet and line the bottom with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 170°C then set aside.
2. Mix the eggs, sugar and emulsifier on medium speed for 2 minutes until thick and turns white.
3. Sift the flour, cornstarch, powdered milk and baking powder, while adding them to the egg mixture above.
4. Mix the dough again on medium speed for 5 minutes until lightly fluffy.
5. Pour in melted margarine. Continue mixing at low speed for 30 seconds until the mixture is evenly mixed. Stir again with a spatula if it's still not smooth.
6. Take 200 grams of dough and transfer it to a different container. Add chocolate paste then stir again until smooth.
7. Prepare a baking sheet. Take 2 tablespoons of white mixture then pour it into the middle of the baking pan. Take 1 tablespoon of the chocolate mixture then pour it into the middle of the white mixture. Keep repeating this step, namely alternately pouring the white and chocolate mixture until you run out.
8. Bake the cake for 30 minutes until cooked. Remove from oven and cool. Remove the cake from the pan and cut into pieces.
9. Ready to be served.
10. 1. The emulsifier used is SP or TBM. 2. The edges/walls of the pan do not need to be smeared with anything. So that the cake doesn't get wrinkled and has sides because it comes off the pan. 3. Get to know each oven and adjust the baking time accordingly.
