4 oz Medium protein all-purpose flour
1 egg Eggs, separate the yolk and white
1 cup whole milk
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
1/2 tsp Baking powder
3.5 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

Mix flour, salt and baking powder, sift and set aside.
Mix milk, egg yolk and oil, stir well.
Add the above mixture to the flour mixture. Stir until it thickens into a paste.
Beat the egg whites until they are half fluffy. Add granulated sugar little by little and continue beating until stiff.
Add the beaten egg whites to the pasta mixture, stirring with a spatula until just combined. No need to stir for long.
Pour enough batter into the waffle mold. Cook until cooked then remove from heat.
Serve with toppings according to taste.
1. The pasta mixture and egg whites don't need to be mixed until completely smooth, as long as they are just mixed. Because if you stir it for too long, the dough will produce waffles that are dense and tough. 2. Make sure the waffle mold is heated first before starting to bake. 3. For chocolate flavored waffle dough, replace 20 grams of wheat flour with cocoa powder.
