- 1. In a saucepan, add water, granulated sugar, salt and margarine. Cook until the water boils and the margarine melts. 2. Reduce the heat then add the flour. Stir quickly until smooth. Turn off the heat and let it sit until warm. 3. Once the mixture is warm, add the eggs and vanilla essence. Beat briefly with a mixer until smooth and smooth. Insert it into a plastic triangle with a star syringe attached to the end. 4. Prepare a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper or greased with margarine. Spray the mixture in a circular motion. Leave some space between the cake sprays. 5. Bake the eclairs at 200°C for 25 minutes until cooked. Take it out and let it cool. Split each eclair horizontally into the top and bottom. 6. The eclairs are ready to be filled with vla.
