Resep Tiramisu
Surprisingly, this cake recipe, similar to those from bakeries and restaurants, is incredibly simple and doesn't require specialized equipment. It uses readily available ladyfingers instead of traditional sponge cake.

Ingredients

Instructions
- If you don't have a removable pan, prepare a baking sheet lined with plastic so it's easy to lift. Set aside.
- Cut the sponge cake thin and wide. Match the shape and size to the baking pan. Set aside.
- Beat whipped cream with ice water until stiff. Beat whipped cream & cream cheese until evenly smooth. Set aside.
- Take a piece of sponge cake then wet it with coffee brew (using a brush). Place and arrange on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Spread the top of the sponge cake with the whipped cream mixture. Then sprinkle with cocoa powder.
- Repeat steps 5 & 6 again until there are 2 - 3 layers. Add chocolate sprinkles to the very top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for approximately 2 - 3 hours.
- Remove from pan. Cut into pieces according to taste. Ready to be served.
- 1. Sponge cake can be replaced with egg drop biscuits (Monde Serena brand) or lady fingers (Balocco Savoiardi or Vicenzovo brands). 2. Use a hand mixer to whip the cream, such as the Airlux Hand Mixer HM-3060A (See it on Lazada DISCOUNT). The price is quite affordable with fairly complete quality basic features. One of the advantages of the Airlux Hand Mixer HM-3060A is that it has 5 speed levels that can be adjusted to suit your needs.
