- Preheat the oven to a temperature of approximately 150°C
- Grease a baking sheet with a little margarine or line it with baking paper.
- Beat butter, margarine, powdered sugar and salt until evenly smooth. Add the egg yolks and mashed boiled egg yolks.
- Beat with medium speed mixer until evenly mixed and looks fluffy. Set aside.
- Mix together the flour, milk powder and cornstarch until evenly mixed.
- Add the mixture by sifting it into the mixture whipped by the mixer. Stir again until evenly mixed, don't take too long so the cake doesn't become hard.
- Flatten the dough to a thickness of approximately 2 cm then shape it according to your taste, it can be made into a round or a crescent moon. Arrange the results in a baking dish.
- Put in the oven, bake until cooked.
- Cool then coat with powdered sugar.
- 1. Don't stir the mixture for too long so that the cake doesn't become hard and sticky, stir until it is fairly even. 2. Lightly coat the mold with flour (dip it in a bowl filled with flour) so that the resulting cake doesn't stick to the mold.
