Resep Puding Sutra
This incredibly silky pudding is aptly named "silk pudding." You can customize its flavor and color to your liking.

Instructions
- In a container, mix jelly powder, green tea, sugar and cornstarch.
- Pour in 200 ml of plain cow's milk. Stir well and make sure it is all dissolved.
- Pour in the remaining cow's milk and all the soy milk. Stir well.
- Transfer the pudding solution into a saucepan. Cook over medium heat while continuing to stir until foam starts to appear. Turn off the heat. Keep stirring slowly until the hot steam disappears.
- Pour the pudding into cups or molds. Leave it until there is absolutely no hot steam anymore. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Ready to be served.
- 1. Plain liquid milk can be completely replaced with cow's milk or soy milk according to taste. 2. Don't cook the pudding too much until it boils. Enough until foam appears on the surface then immediately turn off the heat. 3. The texture of this pudding is very soft so it cannot be served cut into pieces. So, pour and mold the pudding in a cup or single-serve mold.
