Instructions
- Cut the beans and tempeh into 3-4 cm lengths.
- Fry the tempeh until it turns golden, remove and set aside. Cut into squares about 2x1 cm.
- Heat a little cooking oil, add the garlic and let it cook until half cooked, then add the onions and red cayenne pepper, stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add water, mushroom stock and galangal, let it boil.
- Add large red chilies, add green beans, add salt and cook until half cooked.
- Add fried tempeh, cook until the spices absorb into the tempeh and beans, adjust the taste.
- Once cooked, remove from heat and ready to serve.
