These turnip dumplings, a signature dish from Chinese restaurants, are deliciously savory with a crispy exterior and soft interior. They’re especially enjoyable when served with sambal sauce.

Instructions
- Peel the radishes, wash them clean then cut them into pieces. Then puree the radish using a food chopper or you can also grate it.
- Mix rice flour, tapioca and water. Stir until smooth and not lumpy. Set aside.
- Saute the garlic and ebi until fragrant, add the mashed radish, saute until wilted. Add salt, sugar, stock powder and pepper, stir well.
- Add the rice flour and tapioca solution, stir well. Cook until the mixture thickens and is smooth.
- Put the mixture into a box pan that has been smeared with cooking oil. Compact and flatten. Steam for 45 minutes.
- Cool then cut into pieces (cover the knife with plastic so it doesn't stick).
- Fry the turnip cake until golden brown. Sprinkle with green onions, serve with chili sauce.
