Instructions

  1. Peel the radishes, wash them clean then cut them into pieces. Then puree the radish using a food chopper or you can also grate it.
  2. Mix rice flour, tapioca and water. Stir until smooth and not lumpy. Set aside.
  3. Saute the garlic and ebi until fragrant, add the mashed radish, saute until wilted. Add salt, sugar, stock powder and pepper, stir well.
  4. Add the rice flour and tapioca solution, stir well. Cook until the mixture thickens and is smooth.
  5. Put the mixture into a box pan that has been smeared with cooking oil. Compact and flatten. Steam for 45 minutes.
  6. Cool then cut into pieces (cover the knife with plastic so it doesn't stick).
  7. Fry the turnip cake until golden brown. Sprinkle with green onions, serve with chili sauce.
