  1. Put the topping ingredients in a chopper, then blend coarsely. Set aside.
  2. Blend peanuts and oil until it forms peanut paste.
  3. In another container, mix flour, powdered sugar, salt, vanilla, add bean paste. Mix well using a spatula. The dough will look soft.
  4. Cover the container containing the peanut mixture with plastic wrap. Store in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. After 2 hours, weigh the dough @ 15 grams, round it and place it in a baking dish that has been greased with a thin layer of butter. Press the dough with a fork then brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with the topping. Do this until all the dough is used up.
  6. Preheat oven to 170°C.
  7. Bake the dough for 20-25 minutes. Remove, cool and ready to serve.
