- Put the topping ingredients in a chopper, then blend coarsely. Set aside.
- Blend peanuts and oil until it forms peanut paste.
- In another container, mix flour, powdered sugar, salt, vanilla, add bean paste. Mix well using a spatula. The dough will look soft.
- Cover the container containing the peanut mixture with plastic wrap. Store in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, weigh the dough @ 15 grams, round it and place it in a baking dish that has been greased with a thin layer of butter. Press the dough with a fork then brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with the topping. Do this until all the dough is used up.
- Preheat oven to 170°C.
- Bake the dough for 20-25 minutes. Remove, cool and ready to serve.
