  1. Cut tempeh 1 x 3 cm, with thickness according to taste. Then fry half cooked, set aside.
  2. Heat cooking oil, saute garlic and shallots until fragrant. Then add the galangal and cayenne pepper, stir.
  3. Add water, salt and oyster sauce, continue cooking. Wait until it boils then add the bean sprouts and tempeh.
  4. Cook over medium high heat for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Taste correction.
  5. Finally add the spring onions and tomatoes, stir again. Good luck.
  6. 1. After the bean sprouts are in, increase the heat on the stove and cook for 3 minutes to get a crispy bean sprout texture. 2. The level of spiciness can be adjusted according to the number of chilies. 3. To improve the taste, you can add dried Medan anchovies if you have them.
