  2. Place the sugar and cinnamon In a large zip-top plastic bag and shake to combine. Cut each biscuit into quarters and place in the sugar mixture. Toss to evenly coat each piece, place in the prepared pan.
  3. In a small pot over medium heat, melt the butter and brown sugar. Bring to a gentle boil and let cook for 1 minute after. Pour the mixture over the biscuit in the pan.
  4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes before turning upside down onto a heat-proof plate.
