Kue moho is a traditional Javanese cake resembling a sponge cake, but with a denser texture and a distinctive flavor of fermented cassava (tape).

Instructions
- Mix the starter mixture, instant yeast, granulated sugar and warm water. Stir until smooth, let stand 10 minutes until foamy.
- Mix flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, margarine, stir well. Add eggs and water, stir until smooth.
- Put the starter mixture into the flour mixture, knead the dough until smooth. Leave the dough for 2 hours until it rises.
- After the dough has risen, take a little dough, add pink coloring, knead until evenly mixed.
- Roll out the pink dough then place the white dough on top. Roll the pink dough so that it covers the white dough.
- Cut the dough using your fingers, then let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Steam the mixture for 15 minutes over high heat until cooked.
