Instructions

  1. Mix the starter mixture, instant yeast, granulated sugar and warm water. Stir until smooth, let stand 10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, margarine, stir well. Add eggs and water, stir until smooth.
  3. Put the starter mixture into the flour mixture, knead the dough until smooth. Leave the dough for 2 hours until it rises.
  4. After the dough has risen, take a little dough, add pink coloring, knead until evenly mixed.
  5. Roll out the pink dough then place the white dough on top. Roll the pink dough so that it covers the white dough.
  6. Cut the dough using your fingers, then let it rest for 30 minutes.
  7. Steam the mixture for 15 minutes over high heat until cooked.
