Resep Puding Coklat Susu

Instructions

1. 1. In a container, add liquid chocolate milk, jelly powder, salt, chocolate powder and granulated sugar. Stir until the jelly powder is evenly mixed. 2. Turn on the stove, cook the pudding ingredients and stir gently. 3. Cook until the pudding ingredients boil or the edges of the pan foam. 4. Remove from heat, let the hot steam disappear then put it into the mold using a strainer to make the pudding softer. Cool.
2. 1. In a container, add liquid chocolate milk and jelly powder. 2. Add a little salt and granulated sugar. 3. Turn on the stove and cook the pudding ingredients while continuing to stir gently. 4. In a bowl, beat the egg yolk and take a spoonful or 50 ml of the pudding ingredients from the pan into the egg mixture, combine then beat until the pudding ingredients and egg yolk are evenly mixed, then put it back into the pan and stir well. 5. 3. 1. Use a Balloon whisk (egg beater) to stir the pudding while cooking. 2. Before the pudding ingredients rise, make sure the jelly powder is completely mixed well, then put it on the stove. 3. Don't wait for the pudding to harden completely for the second layer, just let the top harden and the pudding is still a bit warm so that the pudding sticks together.
