  1. In a container, mix all ingredients (except sesame and cooking oil). Knead until smooth but not too stiff.
  2. Shape the dough into small balls until it's finished.
  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds evenly.
  4. Heat lots of oil. Fry the cake over medium heat until it turns brown. Lift and drain.
  5. Ready to serve or store in an airtight container.
  6. 1. Knead the dough until it is smooth but not stiff. So that the sesame seeds can stick perfectly and won't come off when fried. 2. If the dough is too stiff, add a little water until the dough becomes soft/soft again. 3.
