Hot Cheesy Philly Cheesesteak Dip
Hot Cheesy Philly Cheesesteak Dip is a crowd pleasing appetizer that is easy to make, cheesy and so delicious!

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Preheat a cast iron pan to medium high heat. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Sear steak to medium rare, about 3 minutes per side. Set steak aside to rest.
- Reduce heat on the pan to medium-low. Add butter, onions and green peppers to pan. Cook until tender and onions are cooked through, about 5 minutes. Cool.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Mix until combined with a hand mixer.
- Remove any fat and dice steak. Fold in onions & peppers and 2 cups of cheese. Place into a greased 2 QT dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Serve with bread, sliced hoagie rolls or tortilla chips.
