  1. 1. Saute the onions with margarine until fragrant. 2. Add wheat flour and stir until it clumps. 3. Add liquid milk little by little while stirring until smooth. 4. Add chicken, carrots, salt, ground pepper, ground nutmeg and granulated sugar. 5. Add celery, stir well and cool.
  2. 1. Take one cracker, add ragout, and add 1 boiled egg. 2. Cover with another cracker on top. 3. Dip the mixture into the coating then fry until yellowish. 4. Cut diagonally into two parts, serve.
  3. Chicken can be replaced with minced beef.
