  1. Blend dragon fruit with 50 ml of water. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, add gelatin and jelly powder, sugar, and 750 ml of water. Stir well. Turn on the heat and cook over medium heat. Stir occasionally and let it boil. Turn off the heat.
  3. Pour in dragon fruit juice, basil and lime juice. Stir well.
  4. Prepare the mold. Rinse with water beforehand.
  5. Pour the pudding mixture into the mold. Leave it to cool and harden.
  6. Ready to be served.
  7. Rinse the mold with water so that the hardened pudding can be removed more easily.
