Instructions
- Clean the chicken intestines, wash them thoroughly then boil in enough water until the intestines are cooked. Lift and drain.
- Blend the garlic, coriander and salt. Coat the boiled intestines with ground spices. Leave it for 15 minutes.
- Mix all the coating ingredients together, add the seasoned intestines to the flour mixture. Stir until the entire intestine is coated in flour.
- Fry the intestines in hot oil until dry and brown.
- Cool and store in a jar.
