  1. Clean the chicken intestines, wash them thoroughly then boil in enough water until the intestines are cooked. Lift and drain.
  2. Blend the garlic, coriander and salt. Coat the boiled intestines with ground spices. Leave it for 15 minutes.
  3. Mix all the coating ingredients together, add the seasoned intestines to the flour mixture. Stir until the entire intestine is coated in flour.
  4. Fry the intestines in hot oil until dry and brown.
  5. Cool and store in a jar.
