  2. Add the vanilla paste and eggs then beat with the mixer again.
  3. Once mixed well, add the sifted flour with baking powder and salt, then mix on low speed until smooth.
  4. Weigh out 12 grams of the mixture (you can also use an ice cream spoon) round it and then add it into the corn flake crumbs and press it down.
  5. Arrange in a baking dish that has been lined with baking paper, then bake in an oven preheated to 180°C. Bake at 160°C for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  6. Once cooked, transfer to a new, non-hot baking sheet and leave until the heat dissipates before serving or storing in a jar.
  7. Don't beat the egg and flour mixture for too long to make the cookies crispy.
