  1. Beat eggs and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add sticky rice flour, rice flour, margarine, salt and vanilla essence. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour in the thick coconut milk little by little, then stir the mixture until it is smooth, not sticky, and can be molded.
  4. Heat lots of cooking oil. Meanwhile, put the mixture into the coconut root cake mold.
  5. Print the cake dough and immediately put it in hot oil. Fry until the cake turns yellowish and cooked. Lift and drain. Repeat frying the cake until the batter is used up.
  6. Ready to serve or store in an airtight container.
