Resep Cloud Bread
“Cloud bread” gets its name from its fluffy, cloud-like appearance. This gluten-free bread is incredibly soft and surprisingly addictive!

- Preheat the oven. Separate the egg whites and yolks.
- Beat egg yolks, salt and cream cheese until smooth.
- Beat egg whites and lime juice until stiff (soft peaks).
- Mix the two mixtures little by little. Mix well.
- Place and shape the dough on a baking sheet. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
