  1. Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy, add half the flour, stir until evenly mixed.
  2. Add half the coconut milk, stir again until smooth. Repeat the process until all the flour and coconut milk are used up.
  3. Add the instant yeast and vanilla paste, then stir until evenly mixed.
  4. Leave it for 45 minutes. Heat the pukis mold first. While waiting for it to heat up, add the melted margarine little by little, while stirring quickly until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the pukis mixture into each mold, only 3/4 of it (not until it is full in each mold hole). Close the mold.
  6. Before it is cooked, sprinkle with raisins or cheese or cheese according to taste. Cover again until cooked. Lift.
  7. 1. Preheat the mold, don't pour the mixture into a cold mold or one that hasn't been heated on the stove. 2. Use medium heat, which tends to be low, so that the pukis expands and is cooked perfectly.
