Resep Chocolate Lava Cake
Chocolate lava cake is a popular dessert treat—its molten chocolate center flows out like lava when you cut into it, as the cake is baked only halfway through.

Instructions
- Melt dark cooking chocolate & butter by steaming. Set aside and cool.
- Turn on the oven to 160°C.
- Mix in a bowl, eggs and sugar. Beat with a whisker until the sugar is mixed evenly.
- Add flour, salt and baking powder while sifting. Mix well.
- Lastly add the melted chocolate. Stir again until smooth.
- Prepare a muffin tin or aluminum foil bowl. Spread with margarine and sprinkle lightly with flour. Pour the mixture into the mold.
- Place in a baking dish and bake for 5 minutes.
- When baking, make sure the cake does not rise too much and completely remove it after 5 minutes. If it is too ripe then the lava will not form.
