Instructions

  1. Melt dark cooking chocolate & butter by steaming. Set aside and cool.
  2. Turn on the oven to 160°C.
  3. Mix in a bowl, eggs and sugar. Beat with a whisker until the sugar is mixed evenly.
  4. Add flour, salt and baking powder while sifting. Mix well.
  5. Lastly add the melted chocolate. Stir again until smooth.
  6. Prepare a muffin tin or aluminum foil bowl. Spread with margarine and sprinkle lightly with flour. Pour the mixture into the mold.
  7. Place in a baking dish and bake for 5 minutes.
  8. When baking, make sure the cake does not rise too much and completely remove it after 5 minutes. If it is too ripe then the lava will not form.
