Kue Puding Kepingan Coklat

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, then line a sheetpan with parchment paper.
2. Cream together 1 cup salted butter,¾ cup light brown sugar, and ¼ cup granulated sugar using an electric hand mixer or in a stand mixer. Beat for 2 minutes until light and creamy in color.
3. Mix in 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix.
4. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and 2 eggs, and mix until combined.
5. Add 2½ cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and ¼ teaspoon salt. Mix until the dough is just combined.
6. Stir in 1½ cups milk chocolate chips,using a rubber spatula.
7. Scoop cookie dough into approximately 2 tablespoon-sized balls and gently roll between your palms to form a round ball. Place the cookie balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing cookies at least 2” apart.
8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes then transfer to a baking rack to finish cooling. The centers will seem soft, but they will firm up as they cool.
