Resep Brownies Chocolatos

Instructions

1. Turn on the steamer over low heat then cover the steamer lid with a napkin and grease a 20 x 10 cm baking pan with cooking oil.
2. Sift flour and baking powder, set aside.
3. In a glass container, add the chocolatos, add hot water, stir well, then add the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate paste, stir well. Set aside.
4. Beat the eggs and sugar with a balloon whisk until the sugar dissolves and becomes foam.
5. Add the chocolate mixture to the eggs, stir until the ingredients are mixed.
6. Add the flour little by little, stir until combined. Lastly, add the cooking oil, stir until the oil is completely incorporated into all the mixture.
7. Pour the mixture into the pan and steam for 30 minutes. Prick with a stick to ensure doneness.
8. Once cooked, remove and cool to room temperature. Then remove from the mold. Topping: Cook the dark chocolate until it melts, then pour it over the brownies, sprinkle with walnuts and let the chocolate set.
9. Cut into pieces and ready to serve.
