  1. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder. Set aside.
  2. Cut the Dark Cooking Chocolate into small pieces, mix with margarine. Heat briefly over low heat until some of the chocolate melts. Turn off the heat, continue to stir the chocolate and margarine until completely melted.
  3. Beat the eggs and sugar using a mixer or whisk until the sugar dissolves, add the melted chocolate and margarine, beat until smooth.
  4. Add the flour mixture, cocoa powder and baking powder gradually by sifting. Stir again using a spatula.
  5. Add liquid milk, stir until smooth.
  6. Put the mixture into a block cake mold, oven at 180ºC for 10 minutes.
  7. Block cake is ready to be served.
