  1. Heat the pan/steamer until it steams a lot. Line the lid with a cloth/napkin. Line the steamed sponge cake mold with a paper cup.
  2. In a large container, mash the bananas with a fork. Add granulated sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add ingredient B into the container slowly. Stir with a balloon whisk.
  4. Pour in ingredient C, stir well with a whisk.
  5. Pour the mixture until it is full into the mold. Do this until the dough runs out.
  6. Put the steamed cake into a heated steamer pan/boiler. Leave some distance between them. Steam for 20 minutes. Lift and remove the cake from the mold.
  7. Ready to be served.
  8. 1. Use bananas that are really ripe so they taste sweet. 2. Fill the dough in the paper cup/mold must be full so it can bloom. 3. Don't open the lid of the steamer/boiler pan before it is cooked. So that the sponge cake can bloom perfectly.
