Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Combine the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl, set aside.
  3. Toss potatoes with half of the seasoning mix. Add to the air fryer basket and cook 12 minutes.
  4. Toss the sausage, onion, and bell pepper with the remaining seasoning mix. Open the air fryer and shake the basket. Add the sausage and peppers and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with the tomatoes and feta cheese, cook 3 minutes more.
