Protein Cookie Dough Bark
This easy 5-ingredient cookie dough bark is an easy high protein dessert that tastes like a real treat! Almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, protein powder, and chocolate are all you need.

- In a mixing bowl, stir together the almond flour, protein powder, coconut oil, and maple syrup until evenly combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Line a baking sheet that will fit in your freezer with parchment paper. Press the cookie dough into an even layer on top. Pop into the freezer to set for about 30 minutes.
- Place a heatproof bowl on top of a saucepan of simmering water (don't let the water boil). Add the chocolate. Melt gently, stirring often with a rubber spatula, until the pieces are nearly melted completely. Remove the bowl from the pan. Add the coconut oil, then continue stirring until smoothly combined.
- Pour the chocolate over the cookie dough bark and spread into an even layer. Immediately add your toppings of choice. Let set a few minutes, then break into pieces and enjoy!
