  1. Soak basil seeds in cold boiled water until they swell then drain. Set aside.
  2. Cut just a little or 1/4 of the top of the papaya crosswise. Remove the seeds then scoop out the papaya flesh (not too deep) using a cocktail spoon (rounded fruit spoon). Set aside the papaya flesh. Peel the papaya skin. Set aside.
  3. Bring agar, liquid milk and sugar to a boil while stirring. Turn off the heat. Leave it for 5 minutes until the hot steam disappears.
  4. Pour the basil into the papaya. Then add the papaya flesh (not all of it).
  5. Pour the agar solution into the papaya fruit. Allow it to cool then put it in the refrigerator.
  6. Cut the papaya into pieces and it's ready to be served.
  7. Don't pour the agar solution directly into the hot papaya fruit so that the fruit doesn't become soft or mushy.
