  1. Beat margarine, butter and powdered sugar until soft with a mixer.
  2. Add egg yolk. Beat briefly at low speed.
  3. Add flour, cornstarch and powdered milk. Mix well with a spatula.
  4. Put the mixture into a plastic triangle with a star syringe attached to the end.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet that has been lightly smeared with margarine. Arrange them and give them a distance from each other. Top with sukade or dried fruit in the middle.
  6. Bake in the oven for 17-20 minutes at 150°C until cooked or the bottom of the cake is browned. Take it out and let it cool.
  7. Ready to serve or store in an airtight jar.
  8. 1. Don't beat the margarine and powdered sugar for too long because the mixture will spread out and the syringe pattern will fall/become flat/the curve won't be visible. 2. Syringe cakes don't take long to cook. Just use medium heat. Also adjust the baking time according to how big/small and thick/thin the printed cake dough is. 3. Put the cake in an airtight jar after the cake has completely cooled to keep it crunchy.
