  1. Preheat the oven first. Grease a square tin measuring 18 x 18 cm which has been lined with baking paper and the outside of the tin has been covered with aluminum foil.
  2. Mix all ingredients A except wheat flour and cornstarch, stir until thick and perfectly combined. Add the sifted flour and cornstarch little by little until mixed well. Set aside.
  3. Mix all ingredients B. Beat with a high speed mixer until the egg whites are stiff (if you turn them they don't spill).
  4. Take a small amount of ingredient B then pour it into the ingredient A mixture, stirring gently and gently. Do this until the mixture is finished and everything is evenly mixed then pour it into a square baking pan.
  5. Oven using the au bain marie technique at 160°C for 50 minutes on lower heat, then 10 minutes on upper heat.
  6. 1. Don't be too tight when mixing ingredients A and ingredients B because the mixture can fall and cause lumps. 2. If you have a baking pan without attachments, you no longer need to line the baking pan with aluminum foil.
