Resep Marshmallow Cookies

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder and baking soda. Strain through a large sieve in a container. Mix well, set aside.
2. Mix margarine, butter, palm sugar and powdered sugar. Beat well until soft. Then add the eggs, beat again until smooth.
3. Add the flour mixture, cornstarch, cocoa powder, baking soda to the wet mixture. Stir with a spatula until smooth.
4. Add chocolate chips, mix well with a spatula.
5. Take 1 tablespoon of dough, arrange it on a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper. Put the marshmallow topping, do this until the mixture is finished.
6. Bake at 160°C for 30 minutes.
7. Once cooked, leave it in the open and let the heat dissipate. Once the heat is gone and the cookies have become crunchy and chewy, store them in an airtight jar.
