- 1. Wash the mango clean, then peel and cut into pieces. 2. Blend the mango and liquid milk until smooth then strain. 3. Put the filtered mixture into the pan. Add gelatin, nutrijell, granulated sugar and salt. Cook until boiling while continuing to stir. Lift. 4. Pour the mixture into a pudding mold or serving glass. 5. Place mango slices on top as garnish. 6. Cool until the hot steam disappears, then put it in the refrigerator. 7. When it has cooled, the pudding is ready to be served.
- 1. Add the flan ingredients, namely milk, sugar and vanilla, to a saucepan. Cook over medium heat while continuing to stir until it boils. 2. Reduce the heat, pour in the cornstarch solution. Stir well until thickened. Correct the taste. Remove then cool. 3. Ready to be served with mango pudding.
- If you want it sweeter, you can add the amount of sugar according to your taste. Also adjust to the sweetness level of the mango.
