Lone Ranger Cookies
This recipe that has been around for many years and is a personal family favorite!

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Use an electric mixer to combine the shortening and sugars in a large bowl. Mix in the eggs and vanilla.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add to the wet mixture, and mix to combine.
- Stir in the Rice Krispies, oatmeal, coconut and chocolate chips until well blended.
- Scoop out tablespoons of cookie dough, pat into round balls and place on greased (or parchment lined) cookie sheets. Dot a few extra chocolate chips on top of each cookie ball, if you'd like. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
