Resep Sponge Cake Lemon
Super fluffy and light sponge cake is perfectly complemented by lemon flavor. Adding lemon zest provides a distinctive fresh aroma.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- Prepare a baking sheet. Brush with butter and sprinkle lightly with flour. Set aside.
- Beat the butter & powdered sugar with a mixer until smooth.
- Add vanilla, emulsifier and eggs one by one. Beat until smooth and thickened.
- Slowly add the flour and baking powder, alternating with lemon juice. Beat at low speed until evenly mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the pan then bake for 40 minutes.
- Allow to cool then remove from the tin. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and lemon zest. Cut into pieces according to taste.
- Ready to be served.
- When taking lemon zest or lemon peel as an aroma enhancer, grate it gently. Don't get the white inside of the orange peel, because it tastes bitter.
